Payment in U.S. Funds only, may be made by cash, check, money order, Visa, or MasterCard.
A non-refundable $75 deposit per person must accompany registration
for each weeklong program. A non-refundable $45 deposit per
person is required for weekend programs. All program costs
must be paid in full two weeks prior to arrival.
Family Rate: The Family rate is available for families of 6
(parents and immediate, unmarried children). Other groups require
individual pricing.
Check Return: A charge of $45 will be applied to all returned
checks.
Cancellation & Refunds: Total camp fee is forfeited unless
cancellation is received 14 days prior to scheduled arrival,
in which case, all funds except the non-refundable deposit
per person will be returned. If Pioneer must cancel a program
for any reason, a full refund will be given.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed on site without prior approval and a signed Pet Contract.
