Provided by Pioneer at no cost for Retreat Packages of 15 or more people:

• One Meeting Hall (Based on Group Size)
• Audio/Video Equipment, Flip Charts, etc.
• One Campfire
• Use of Sporting Equipment
• The first hour of Ice breakers and Initiatives



• Security Deposits and Rental Deposit Due upon Booking Reservations
• Guaranteed number required fourteen (14) days prior to arrival
• Full payment is due upon arrival.
• Occupancy Minimum is half the room capacity. Please refer to the Facilities Description Page (link) for occupancy minimums.
• Family Rates are also subject to minimum occupancy. Children under 13 are not charged for their overnight stay. Meal rates remain the same for families.
• Banquets are available upon request
